I developed this yearly orientation in partnership with Trainers, HR, and Subject Matter Experts. This focus was creating an engaging method to teach safety, compliance, and company policies through a mix of eLearning and Instructor-led training.

Feeding my fascination with AI tools, I wrote and designed this microlesson on Rise 360 to help anyone learn the basics of prompt writing.
Traffic Control Training
This course teaches effective regulation of traffic flow, ensuring safety for both construction crews and the public. Meets all training standards set out by the IHSA and Government of Ontario.

My approach
Engage
Great learning starts before a single slide loads. I design experiences that earn attention from the first moment, blending instructional strategy, AI-augmented content, and real classroom instincts to create environments where curiosity shows up on its own. Every touchpoint is intentional. Every interaction earns its place.
Enchant
The best learning doesn't feel like learning. It feels like a story worth finishing. I bring together narrative design, creative craft, and deep subject matter expertise to turn complex content into something people actually want to move through. Whether it's a custom workshop, a certification program, or a full curriculum build, the goal is always the same: make it memorable enough to matter.
Educate
Knowledge that sits unused is just trivia. I design for transfer, not just completion. Drawing on frameworks like Bloom's Taxonomy, ADDIE, and modern cognitive load principles, I build targeted content that meets learners where they are and moves them toward where they need to be, from K-12 classrooms to enterprise-level training programs for global organizations.
