My approach
Engage
Great learning starts before the first slide loads. I design experiences that earn attention in the opening seconds, blending instructional strategy, smart use of AI, and real classroom instincts to spark curiosity instead of demanding it. Every touchpoint is intentional. Every interaction earns its place.
Enchant
The best learning doesn't feel like learning. It feels like a story worth finishing. I bring narrative design, creative craft, and deep subject matter expertise together to turn complex content into something people actually want to move through. Custom workshop, certification program, or full curriculum build, the goal is always the same: make it memorable enough to matter.
Educate
Knowledge that sits unused is just trivia. I design for transfer, not just completion. Grounded in Bloom's Taxonomy, ADDIE, and modern cognitive load principles, I build targeted content that meets learners where they are and moves them toward where they need to be. K-12 classroom or global enterprise rollout, the bar stays the same.
